What is Wellbeing Coaching?
Wellbeing coaching can help people when they are struggling with certain areas in their life. For example, you may feel you are not achieving the right life/work balance or your eating habits are affecting your health and wellbeing.
Using an 8-element coaching wheel I help you identify what areas need to be addressed. We then focus on forming goals around this leading to a more fulfilling, healthier, energised and relaxed life. The answers and setting of goals all come from you, I am there to facilitate the process by asking questions. The difference Wellbeing coaching gives you from pure coaching is that I specialise in area on the wheel, in my case, nutrition, and can advise at the end of the session. I also can refer or recommend where I think appropriate, again at the end of the consultation. Sometimes we can become stuck and don’t know the answers, wellbeing coaching recognises that and assists when you need it.

Lifestyle and Pace
An example can be that you may score environment low because your work or home environment are not conducive to your wellbeing, perhaps you are living with clutter or you work in an office with not much daylight. Identifying and being aware of your feelings around this and setting goals to improve these areas will help improve your wellbeing and overall health.
