Hi, I am Natasha, founder of Arcobaleno Nutritional Therapy. I am a nutritional therapist and a wellbeing coach.
Food and nutrition can be bit of a minefield. My aim is to (i) increase and improve awareness and understanding of nutrition, food and diet and the role they play in health; and (ii) help people eat a balanced and varied diet that will promote health and wellbeing.
My role is to help by offering sensible nutritional advice. I encourage clients to set their own goals around nutrition and lifestyle. My coaching skills assist you to this.
Wellbeing coaching is available as an individual therapy.
Anyone who has a desire to improve their health and wellbeing through diet and lifestyle.
My key skills are empathy and I listen to your story.
As well as seeing clients on a 1:1 basis, I also present to schools and colleges on various nutrition topics. Once a year I educate groups of 16 year olds pre exams on eating for brain health. The feedback from the children is both satisfying and informative. After hearing my talk, 81% of the children said they would make changes to their diet. The type of changes were: eat more nuts, eat less sugary foods, eat fish, eat more and eat breakfast.
